All shirts are in ADULT sizes, with the exception of the extra small. It is actually a size youth-medium but is about the same size as an adult-XS. We do not currently offer any other sizes. These are measurements of the sizes after their first wash and may vary a little bit. About the whole swiss-cake-role-thingy we have no scientific evidence to support these claims.
